First Meeting of Lottery Commission Scheduled

 The first meeting of the newly appointed Arkansas Lottery Commission will be on May 5th in Little Rock.

Last November, Arkansas voters approved a constitutional amendment creating the lottery, which will be used to fund college scholarships for state students.

The commission has nine members appointed by Governor Mike Beebe, House Speaker Robbie Wills and Senate President Pro Tem Bob Johnson.
