Call it one humongous traffic ticket. A truck driver with a so-called "super-load" was recently ticketed in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for failing to obtain the proper permits before hitting the road.

James Stephenson was hauling a long steel cylinder weighing more than 100 tons through the rust-belt city, on the way to Allentown.

The trouble started when he tried to make a sharp turn and the trailer tipped over.

When police arrived, they discovered Stephenson had a permit for an oversize load, but not one for a super-load.

A spokesman for the Pennsylvania Transportation Department called that, quote, "A big no-no."

For his big no-no super-load, officers issued Stephenson a ticket for 37-thousand-555 dollars.
