NY Man Arrested after Setting Friend on Fire

A drunken night of debauchery took an ugly turn over the weekend, leaving one New York man in the hospital and another under arrest.
Nassau County police say Epigmenio Garcia and the unidentified victim were drinking alcohol throughout the night Saturday into Sunday when Garcia suddenly doused the victim with tequila, punched him several times and then lit the alcohol with a lighter.
The victim suffered second-degree burns to his face, ears, neck and hands, and is in stable condition at a local hospital.
Garcia was arrested and charged with assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.
