The late entertainer Bob Hope is receiving new recognition from the U.S. government.

The Postal Service is getting ready to issue a new commemorative stamp honoring the legendary comedian.

He became a citizen a dozen years later.

The Bob Hope stamp will be available for purchase in the Spring.
