9:00 a.m. - "Burn After Reading" Debuts Atop Box Office Charts

 The star-studded film "Burn After Reading" generated nearly 19-and-a-half-million dollars in its opening weekend to lead all contenders.

"The Family That Preys" placed a close second with an estimated 18-million dollars.

Al Pacino and Robert De Niro's latest project, "Righteous Kill," made 16-and- a-half-million dollars to place third in its debut.

Another debut film, "The Women," appeared in fourth place with just over ten-million-dollars.

"The House Bunny" rounded out the top five with nearly four-and-a-half-million dollars.
