Winter Weather Threat Cancels ASU Baseball Game

Updated: February 20, 2013
Winter weather moving into Arkansas is prompting cancellation of some athletic events.

Due to the threat of inclement weather, the Arkansas State-Lyon College baseball game originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night at Tomlinson Stadium has been postponed.

A decision on if the game will be rescheduled will be determined at a later time.

All season baseball ticket holders will be allowed to exchange their ticket for tonight's game for a general admission ticket to a game of their choice this season unless the game is rescheduled. To exchange the ticket please visit the ASU Box office, located in the Convocation Center at the lower red entrance.

ASU is off to a 4-0 start on the year and will host Western Illinois in a three-game Feb. 23-24.

The series will start with a doubleheader set to begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday and will conclude on Sunday with the first-pitch set for 1 p.m.
