Web Extra: Northwest Arkansas Family Talks about Bringing Adopted Daughter Back from Russia

A Bella Vista family is finally complete.

We first told you about the Skaggs family in December.

Kendra and Jason Skaggs were in the process of bringing their adopted daughter home from Russia, when a ban on U.S. adoptions in that country stalled their efforts.

Their prayers were finally answered and just this weekend, the family returned home to Northwest Arkansas with 5-year-old Polina with them.

The Skaggs family joined the Fox Morning Edge Tuesday morning in Fayetteville to talk about their journey.
