Tom Cotton -- will he or won't he?

The National Journal says that's the question on the minds of many as republicans search for a strategy to take back Senate majority in 2014

The Arkansas Senate seat is a must win for Republicans, and Cotton is slated to be their choice to go up against current Democrat Senator Mark Pryor

Although Cotton says he has not decided if he will run in 2014, many say defeating Senator Pryor will not be an easy task.
