Shelters With No Electricity Struggle To Help

Places like the Little Rock Compassion Center are operating with generators to keep those seeking shelter warm.

They told us they're helping as many as 300 more people than normal.

"There's a lot of people coming in from their houses because they're out of power," said Pastor William Halloway. "Out of food, their food is ruined so they're coming out to eat with us."

We're told resources are getting low.
