Child Had Alcohol in System, Mother Charged

A 3-year-old girl is in foster care, her mother charged with child endangerment.

The girl was found to have alcohol in her system after being brought to Arkansas Children's Hospital.

21-year-old Diamond Jefferson has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, a felony.

She was booked into the Pulaski County Jail on Sunday. Her bond is set at $5,000.
