ASU Football Game Transportation Being Provided

The Arkansas State University Athletics Department and the Jonesboro Economical Transit System (J.E.T.S.) are offering Red Wolves fans a convenient way to attend this Saturday's (Dec. 1) ASU football team's regular-season finale at Liberty Bank Stadium in Jonesboro, Ark.

The JETS buses will transport those fans who plan to park in the City of Jonesboro Parking Lot. The City of Jonesboro Parking Lot is located at the intersection of Cate Avenue and Church Street, across from the old Mercentile Bank/Union Planters Bank building.

Cost to ride the JETS bus is $1.25 each way for adults, $.90 for A-State Students with a valid student ID and $.60 for senior citizens age 65 or older.

The JETS buses are scheduled to pick up fans at the designated times of 11 a.m. (CT), 11:30, Noon, 12:15 p.m., 12:30, 12:45, 1, 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. The JETS buses will then arrive at Liberty Bank Stadium and proceed with letting off fans at the Northwest corner of Liberty Bank Stadium near gate 11.

Following the game, the JETS buses will commence loading fans for arrival to the City of Jonesboro Parking Lot in about a 10-minute time frame. The JETS buses are scheduled to depart approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the ASU football game and fans should proceed to the departure area near gate 11 in the Liberty Bank Stadium parking lot area.

Arkansas State, which presently carries a bowl eligible 8-3 overall record with a first-place tying 6-1 Sun Belt Conference (SBC) mark this season, will take a six-game winning streak into this Saturday's (Dec. 1) contest against the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders (8-3; 6-1 SBC) in a conference matchup which will determine the 2012 SBC Champion. Kickoff Is set for 2:04 p.m. (CT) at Liberty Bank Stadium. Tickets for the A-State regular-season finale game are currently on sale and may be purchased by contacting the ASU Ticket Office at 870-972-2781 or 1-888-ASU-FANS.
