 World AIDS Day is coming up this Saturday, December 1.

    Dr. Gary Wheeler joined Mallory Hardin on Arkansas Today at Noon to discuss the national, and local health issue. 

 Dr. Wheeler is the Infectious Disease Branch Chief for the Arkansas Department of Health HIV/STD Section.
