Arkansans were out at the USS Razorback, working to save a historic Navy vessel on Veteran's Day.

A fundraiser was held to raise money to bring the USS Hoga from Oakland, California to Arkansas.

The ship was at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 during the attacks, helping other ships being bombed.

Now, members with the "Save The Hoga" Foundation are hoping to raise enough money to keep its legacy alive.

The USS Hoga would join the USS Razorback, known to be one of the longest-serving submarine vessels in the navy.
