Is This Close Enough? Flood Waters Wash Over England

"It's too comfort, I'll tell you," Cauley said. "We've had eight inches of rain, what we've had right here today."
The tropical storm left its calling card on the farming community, flattening crops and coming perilously close to homes.
James Rollins, a retired farmer living in town, may have to buy a boat after the water came within inches of his front door.
"When it started slowing down, I just thanked the good Lord that it didn't keep raining, because it would have gotten into the house by then," Rollins said.
Rollins rain gauge picked up 4.8 inches of rain since the storms started Thursday.
England mayor Danny Maynard says heavy rain tends to trigger flooding in the flat farming community, but water doesn't linger long after the storm.
