LR-NLR is Number 90 in Most Searched Real Estate Markets

Little Rock-North Little Rock is the 90th (out of 146) most searched real estate market in the country.

That's according to website Realtor.com, which released its data for May today.

The site says median list prices for homes in LR-NLR, reached $164,900 last month. That's a 6.38-percent increase from one year ago this month, and a 0.55-percent increase from April 2012. The national median list price in May 2012 was $194,900, a 3.17-percent increase compared to May 2011.

Active for sale inventory of homes in LR-NLR in May 2012 leveled out at 4,020, a 18.63-percent decrease compared to May 2011. National inventory counts for May 2012 were 1,876,924, a 20.07-percent decrease as compared to a year ago. 

The median age of inventory in LR-NLR in May was 78 days. Nationally, the median age of inventory was 83 days.
