Local AM Buzz: UCA Building Closed After Students, Emergency Responders Sickened, Carti's "Tour de Rock" 2012

The Burdick Building on UCA's campus is closed for classes this morning after being evacuated Thursday.
Students in the building began to feel light headed during class, a professor alerted UCA officers and the evacuation began immediately.
Responders believe a mechanical issue with the air quality system is the cause.
In all, eleven people were taken to Conway Medical Center as a precaution.
Carti's "Tour de Rock" 2012
This weekend, a big community bike ride for all ages.
Tour de Rock is an opportunity for everyone on Saturday to join in on some bike riding fun, you can ride 10 miles or all the way to 100.
It's all to raise money for Carti as they help others with cancer treatment.
You can register today starting at noon at Carti in St. Vincent.

Vilonia Firefighter Hosts City-Wide Bone Marrow Drive Friday
This morning the city of Vilonia is holding a bone marrow drive hoping to save the life of a new mother.
In October, Leslie Harris was diagnosed with leukemia.
Doctors told her she would need a life saving bone marrow transplant soon after she gave birth to her son Ayden.
Volunteers have donated food and entertainment from 8 am to 8 pm, hoping to get people to join the registry and help Leslie.
