Walker Survives WI Recall

Embattled Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker makes history, becoming the first U.S. Governor to survive a recall.
Governor Walker passed controversial budget cutting measures which included stripping most public employees of their collective bargaining rights.
Walker had appealed to voters who may have disagreed with his labor reforms, but felt it didn't warrant him being removed from office.
While the Republican will remain Governor, in exit polls Wisconsin voters backed President Obama over Mitt Romney by 9 points.

Jury Selection Continues in Sandusky Case

Jury selection continues in the child sex abuse trial of Jerry Sandusky.
Although jury selection was expected to take several weeks in the trial of the former Penn State Assistant Football Coach, nine jurors were seated Tuesday, in the first day of questioning.
Three more jurors and four alternates still need to be chosen.
On Tuesday jurors spent the afternoon being questioned one-on-one after they were narrowed down from groups of 40.
Opening arguments are scheduled to begin on Monday.

Enterprise Comes Home to Intrepid

The Space Shuttle Enterprise makes its way to its new home later today.
On Sunday the shuttle, on a barge, floated down the Hudson River toward the USS Intrepid Air, Sea and Space museum.
After passing the Statue of Liberty and the World Trade Center, the shuttle is scheduled to be lifted by a crane onto the flight deck of the Intrepid today.
That alone will take about three hours, but the Enterprise will then be home.
