Bullard was shot to death just before one o'clock that morning at the Mediums nightclub, 521 Center Street in downtown.
Police say Bullard was celebrating his recent graduation from Central High School when shots range out in the parking lot. Detectives believe Bullard was not the intended victim but that an argument between others resulted in shots being fired

Terry is described by those who knew him as a great friend who would do anything for anybody. According to his best friend Jay Davis, Terry was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time last night.
KARK's Jocelyn Tovar spoke to Terry's mother and sister. Hear what they have to say tonight at 6:00.
