Kirsten Bartlow, the Watchable Wildlife Coordinator for the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission shares details of the upcoming School of Recreational Paddling.
It's designed to introduce basic paddling techniques on Class I+ rivers.
The School of Recreational Paddling is held every year in early summer on the Spring River in NE Arkansas.
