A judge will decide if the case against a man accused of a double murder more than ten years ago will be dismissed.
Richard Conte was charged last year with two counts of capital murder for the deaths of Carter Elliot and Timothy Robinson in Conway in 2002.
His attorney told a judge their case should be dismissed because a key witness is now dead.
Prosecutors argue the case should go on.
Search Continues for Teen Jumper
Today, crews head back to the Arkansas River in search of a teen who jumped from the I-430 bridge Wednesday.
On Thursday, crews combed the river bank with state-of-the-art technology but came up with nothing.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's office dragged a torpedo on the river's bottom giving them a clear picture of what's under the surface.
Arkansas Game and Fish used a sonar which also gives an image of everything in the water.
Chester St. Proposal Shot Down
It's official, there will be no Chester Street bridge.
The Little Rock Planning Commission voted "no" to extending Chester Street across the Arkansas River into North Little Rock.
At last week's meeting a state engineer urged the commission to abandon the idea.
Supporters say a Chester Street bridge would have helped ease traffic.
