A KARK viewer calls in a tip that leads to the safe recovery of a kidnapped child.
Perry County Sheriff Scott Montgomery says the kidnapping suspect, Arlie Wayne Yarbrough, surrendered without a fight earlier this afternoon.
According to Wisconsin and Arkansas authorities, Yarbrough kidnapped ten year old Brianna Lujan last week from her home in Amberg, Wisconsin.
Sheriff Montgomery says Brianna is the daughter of Yarbrough's girlfriend who died in February.
Authorities don't believe she was in any danger.

When the child's aunt won custody, police say Yarbrough abducted her and took off for Arkansas where he has family.
A viewer who wished to remain anonymous called the KARK newsroom early Sunday morning to pass along information on Yarbrough's whereabouts in Perry County.
KARK newsroom employees passed along specific information to the Perry County authorities who in turn called the anonymous tipster to verify it.

Deputies, along with several other agencies including Arkansas State Police, converged on the isolated house.
Sheriff Montgomery says Yarbrough willingly walked out the front door with the child and surrendered quietly.
Yarbrough is in the Perry County Jail right now awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin.
The child was picked up by the Arkansas Department of Human Services and will be sent back to her legal guardian.
