Update: Fourth LR Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Burglary-Homicide

A fourth Little Rock teenager arrested in Tuesday's residential break-in that left a homeowner dead, has pleaded not guilty in a morning court appearance.

Antonio Demetrius Terry, 16, is charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery, theft of property and fleeing. He has been ordered held without bond.

The murder charge stems from the home invasion that killed homeowner Maurice Clark, 67.

Three other suspects charged in the case were all picked up on Tuesday. Terry was not arrested until Wednesday. The other suspects have told police Terry was the one who shot Clark in the break-in at 4 Lark Place on the southwest side of town.

In court yesterday, Thomas Stacy Caffery, 17, Craig Deshaun Woods, 15, and Mashawn Kendrick, 14, all pleaded not guilty and were ordered held on one-million-dollars bond each.

The aggravated robbery charge for Terry stems from an incident just before 8:00 Tuesday morning at 4 Durham Drive.

In that case, a homeowner told police a suspect pointed a shotgun at her as she was closing gates to her driveway and getting into her car. They ordered her to open the door to her car before demanding her wallet.

Police say fingerprints found inside her car matched Terry's.
