Police Officer Receives Knee Injury During Little Rock Wreck Investigation

A Little Rock Police officer is recovering from a knee injury after being hit by a car.
The accident happened around 11:00 a.m. this morning during a wreck investigation at Stagecoach and Baseline Road.
The female officer was struck because the driver of one of the vehicles failed to put their car in park, according to a spokesperson for the department.
The officer was transported to the hospital for an x-ray, but did not suffer any broken bones.
