LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A murder victim's family and members of the faith community are urging witnesses to come forward in a Little Rock cold case during a prayer vigil.

Charles Hall, Jr. was shot and killed in Little Rock near 11th and Fair Park Streets on Oct. 25, 2012.

Police, pastors and Hall's family believe witnesses who saw something are out there, and they need them to come forward to help investigators.

"They go out and beat the bushes, but they can't do it by themselves. They need help from the community," said Reverend Benny Johnson, with Stop the Violence.

Police say the shooter's vehicle has been described as a black Cadillac with rear damage on the right side, most likely fixed at a local body shop.

Police want the public to know they can provide tips to investigators without giving their name, and any detail could help solve Hall's murder case.
