Dr. David is a Geriatrician.

He has spent most of his career providing for the needs of older patients with complicated medical, social, financial and family problems.

Dr. David says, "I am also becoming almost extinct  -- a dinosour. No one wants to do what i do, it is too hard, too time consuming and to be frank medicare does not respect what i do and the pay is pitiful."

Because there is no physicians committed to primary care Dr. David feels we must come up with a new way of meeting the needs of patients with multiple medical problems.

This can only be done by partnering with physicians assistants and advanced practice nurses.
