A double murder case more than a decade old will finally have it's day in court.

Jury selection begins Thursday in the case against Richard Conte. He's charged with two counts capital murder for the deaths of Carter Elliott and Timothy Robinson in Elliott's Conway home back in 2002.

Conte was just charged with the crimes last year, after he was released from a Nevada prison on rape charges.
