Arkansas gets a "D" grade when it comes to children's dental health, according to the Pew Center on the States.

The report says even though Arkansas passed a measure in 2011 allowing hygienists to apply sealants in schools without a prior exam, nothing has changed.

As a result, tens of thousands of at-risk children are not getting the care they need, according to the report.
