The Little Rock Tech Park Authority took a tour of the final four proposed sites.

The first stop, 701 Collins Street in downtown Little Rock, near Heifer International.

Authority members are looking for a space, that won't be close to homes, but near research facilities in the area.

"It's always good to be able to get out and take a look, take a look at what's around it, kind of dream, ask what would this look like, hopefully make the best decision for the citizens of Little Rock, said Jay Chesshir, President and CEO of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce."

The first proposed site was in the Forrest Hills neighborhood.

But a hundred homes could have been forced out.

Residents in that neighborhood offered dozens of alternative sites.

The authority also checked out sites at River Front Plaza, Southeast Corner of Asher Avenue and University Avenue, and John Barrow Road.
