Two Arkansas food banks each received $30,000 from agriculture giant Archer Daniels Midland.

The money will go toward getting food to impoverished areas through the Mid-South Food Bank and the Little Rock-based Arkansas Food Bank.

Arkansas has some of the highest numbers in the nation when it comes to people who don't know where their next meal will come from.
