Cleburne County is under a burn ban yet we are still having the even. However if a citizen is caught shooting foreworks they can get a ticket and fined $1000.00. The city does not want to lose the money out of this event so they are circumventing the burn bad. What makes the city any different than the citizen? A burn ban is a burn ban.
