It appears another university is interested in Arkansas Athletic Director Jeff Long.
According to three separate sources, long has been contacted by Stanford University in California.
Stanford's Athletic Director is leaving the school and Long has been named as a candidate for the job.
One source, a school official at UA, says Stanford has reached out to Long but that Long has not yet responded.
Long has been spoken highly of since letting former head football coach Bobby Petrino go in April after a scandal involving a young female employee.
Early Morning House Fire in LR
Two Little Rock homes damaged in an early morning house fire.
Little Rock fire officials say the fire started 314 Aspen just before 3:00 am.
It then spread to a neighboring home
Fire officials say there are no injuries, but Red Cross is on the scene helping the victims.
