Price was allegedly using his cell phone repair shop as a way to meet these women, one only 17-years-old.
Wayne's World cell phone repair store was closed Friday.
Price, the owner, in custody accused of using his store to meet women he then solicited sex from at a near-by hotel one was only 17.
"The investigation showed she had been solicited for sex at that hotel with narcotics, xanex," said Sargent Todd Crowson with Bryant Police.
That happened in March, but police told KARK, there wasn't enough to go on until this week.
Price was taken from his store and later arrested, when three more witnesses came forward.
"His statements were consistent to the statements of the witnesses," said Sargent Crowson.
But this wasn't the first time Price had met with Bryant Police.
He was arrested last September charged with indecent exposure. Again his store the main setting of his crime.
"Women had complained about going into his business and he would offer sexual favors in order to get a good deal on a phone," said Crowson.
As of Friday Price was still in custody with a $10,000 bond.
