Reported by: Newsroom Solutions Thursday, Nov 5, 2009 @02:00pm CST It's a case of someone in serious legal trouble digging a deeper hole for himself.
Chicago's CBS Channel 2 reports Kane Kellett, 24, flipped off and hurled profanity at a judge in court when he already faced home invasion and aggravated battery charges. The judge immediately gave Kellett six months in jail for contempt of court. The northern Illinois man was arrested for allegedly punching and kicking a pregnant woman last month in Crystal Lake. Kellett also is charged with forcing his way into a home in October and battering a resident there with a flashlight. |
