Reported by: KARK 4 News Friday, Nov 20, 2009 @06:51pm CST A Ward man is behind bars tonight after investigators find the makings of a meth lab, drugs and firearms at his home.
Investigators arrested 51-year-old Alex Reaves for multiple charges, including manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by certain persons and maintaining a drug premise. Lonoke County investigators went to the home after receiving information about suspicious activities. Inside the home and a trailer, they found chemicals, glass jars and other components to make methamphetamine. They also found an untagged deer in the driveway. Arkansas Game and Fish issued Reaves a citation for the deer. Reaves is being held in the Lonoke County Detention Facility. |
