The nation's largest cereal maker is being criticized for a claim printed on boxes of its Cocoa Krispies.

The claim on the front of the Kellogg's box reads, "Now helps support your child's immunity."

The FDA has asked Kellogg's to prove the claim, believing parents could be mislead into thinking it could protect their children from Swine Flu.

Kellogg's says the product was developed to answer consumer requests for more positive nutrition.
