Cut the Risk for Breast Cancer by 40 Percent

40 percent of all breast cancer cases in the U.S. could be prevented if women adapted four specific habits.
Maintaining a healthy weight, be physically active, limit the amount of alcohol they drink and breast feed are all things women can do.
A new report recommends women exercise for at least 30 minutes every day and limit alcohol to one drink a day.
However, a significant percentage of cases are caused by faulty genes and not linked to lifestyle. -
