We all know the importance of spaying and neutering our pets, but for many the cost is just too much.
The Heber Springs Humane Society is offering help.
There will be a spay and neuter clinic for low-income pet owners on August 4th and 6th.
You can make an appointment and fill out an application at the Heber Springs Humane Society located at 49 Shelter Lane.
