Pet Airways will begin offering what it calls a "first class travel experience" for pets today.
The Florida-based carrier offers fares starting at 149 dollars from major cities including Washington, DC, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Denver.
For that price, pets will be flown in the main cabin of the plane, rather than crammed into the cargo hold.
To further upgrade the flying experience, pets can be enrolled in the MyPAWS Club for an additional 30 dollars. -
