  • Little Rock Marathon Unveils 2009 Medal Thursday

    On Thursday, Little Rock Marathon race officials will unveil the 2009 marathon finisher’s medal.

    They will also highlight what is new for the 2009 race that is slated for Sunday, March 15th.

    Having been crowned as the “world’s largest marathon finisher medal” more than five years ago by Runner’s World, the Little Rock Marathon finisher’s medal continues to be highly coveted by participants and admired by marathons around the world.

    Little Rock Parks & Recreation is focused on welcoming the world to Little Rock for the event.
