A new study finds that breast cancer occurs in men too.
About one in every hundred cases occurs in a man, but it's often detected at a later and more dangerous stage.
The tumor is usually palpable by the time a man discovers it, or there's already a change in the skin or nipple.
The cancers can appear benign on mammography.
The findings are reported in "The American Journal of Roentgenology." -
