Reported by: KARK 4 News Wednesday, Sep 30, 2009 @03:00pm CDT A high school teacher with the Pulaski County Special School District is now officially under arrest, based on a sex investigation KARK 4 first reported last week.
Timmothy Lee Minton, 40, was picked up at his North Little Rock home this morning. He's facing 4 counts of aggravated sexual assault in the first degree. Minton is a French teacher at Mills University Studies and has been on leave from campus due to another matter. Investigators tell KARK 4 that a former male student came forward this week with accusations against Minton. The now 24-year-old man says Minton sexually abused him in 2004. The Mills campus has also been dealing with another investigation. Principal Mike Nellums returned to work today after being accused of misconduct by an employee. |
