    Powerball tickets are now on sale in Arkansas after a big kick-off party in Little Rock Saturday night.

    The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery hosted the event at the River Market.

    Everyone was invited to have a piece of Powerball cake and refreshments as they watched a big red Powerball drop from a crane, New Year's Eve style. [See photos below].

    Drawings of the winning numbers are held each Wednesday and Saturday night at 9:59, only on KARK 4.
