Arkansas has become the first state to launch a free i-Phone application allowing users to track how the state is spending its share of the federal funds.

The application can be found by searching on i-Tunes for "Arkansas.gov Recovery Projects Search."

Information includes project details, the amount of funding involved, and the beginning and ending dates.
