The ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Harding Fountain. Authorities identified the victims this morning as Ryan Henderson, 18, from Little Rock, a recent graduate of Hall High School and Charvares Block, 19, of, Dermott. A third shooting victim, Martrevis Norman, was treated and released. UCA Police say he was not a student.
