Reported by: Lauren Lea, KARK 4 News Thursday, Aug 14, 2008 @02:25pm CDT Little Rock police are on the scene of a shooting outside a local convenience store that has sent two victims to the hospital.
It happened Thursday afternoon shortly after one o'clock outside the Quick Stop store at Roosevelt & Arch. Police say one of the victims was shot in the head and left the scene in critical condition. The other victim suffered a wound to the arm and was in serious condition at last report. Witnesses told police a black man inside a white Ford car with two or three other black men inside, was the person who fired 20 to 30 rounds from a high-powered rifle at the victims. A store employee told KARK that the shots came out of nowhere and everyone inside the store hit the ground immediately. Police are searching for those suspects. |
