    Franklin Dye is on KARK 4 News at 11am
    and Arkansas at Noon every Tuesday.

    Franklin Dye has worked in the food business for more than 25 years. He is currently the Center of the Plate Specialist/Buyer for U.S. Foodservice in North Little Rock. He has also served as Executive Chef for the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa in Hot Springs, and Sous Chef with the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Franklin attended the American Culinary Federation, the premier professional chefs' organization in North America and has won numerous awards for his talents with food. He has also been named one of Arkansas' Best Top Ten Chefs.
