  • Chester Wicker 
     Chester Wicker is a 31 year old male born March 21, 1978 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Chester Jr. and Starlene Wicker.  He is married to his wife of 4 years, Aprile, and they have two sons, Keito, 11 and Damien, 18 months.  He graduated from Hall High School in 1996 and attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2000.  Currently, Chester is employed at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he is a Research Assistant in the Endocrinology Department.  He has been a member of St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock for over 16 years where he has been involved with the Male Rites of Passage Ministry, a mentorship program for young men.  His hobbies include weightlifting, basketball, football and other sports.  He wants fitness and health to be more of a priority in life and to become a better role model of fitness for his family.



    Chester's diet
    Day 1
    Breakfast: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk
                    1 cup of oatmeal
                    2 slices of wheat toast
                    2 tbsp. sugar free jelly
    Snack:     260 calorie Protein shake with water
    Lunch:     5 oz. tuna fish
                   1 med. baked potato
                   1 cup of broccoli
    Snack:     260 calorie Protein shake with water
    Dinner:     6 oz. of chicken breast
                    I cup of broccoli
                   4 cups of lettuce with fat free Italian Dressing
    Snack:      1/2 cup of Sugar Free Jello
    CARDIO: 60 Minutes Treadmill
    Day 2
    Breakfast: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk
                    2 slices of wheat toast
                    1/4 cup sugar free syrup
                    1 cup of oatmeal
                    water
    Snack:     300 calorie protein shake with 1/2 cup of skim milk
    Lunch:     6 oz. chicken breast
                   1 med. baked potato
                   1 cup of broccoli
                   water
    Snack:    260 calorie protein shake with water
    Dinner:    2 tilapia fillets
                  1 cup of green beans
                  3 cups of lettuce with Fat Free Italian
                  water
    Snack:    1 No Sugar Added Popsicle
    CARDIO: 60 Minutes Elyptical.


    Chester's Diary
    Entry 1
    Well we are actually in Week 5 of the Fit 4 Life Challenge and I must say things are going very well for me so far. This was kind of difficult in the beginning but as time has went on, everything from the eating to working out has become somewhat routine. I have to admit though that getting up for the 5:30 A.M. Tuesday tapings aren't easy, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. My wife has even joined me in healthier eating and exercising which really helps from a support standpoint. Hopefully, I will continue to make positive results with the support of my family and friends as well as Allen and everyone else at 10 fitness!!! I'll be keeping you updated on my progress as things go along!!!

    Entry 2
    Just got back from a back and arms workout with Allen. Feeling pretty sore from working legs earlier this week but still enjoying the transformation and the process. Eating has been going well this week. It seemed like alot of food at first and you have a feeling that you are almost eating too much, but in reality it is quality food so it may be quite a bit but your body uses every bit of it. So it makes sense to not starve your body because it needs the energy. I will be weighing out for the week on tomorrow. Hoping for good results!!

    YEEESSSS!!!! Down another 5 pounds to 237!!! I had a good week and hopefully next week will go just as well. Feeling really good right now!!!
