    Alan_Large2007-06-11-1181581613.jpgI have been a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association since 1996 as well as being a Certified Youth Fitness Trainer with a Specialty In Fitness for Older Adults. My competitive bodybuilding background spans over 20 years having first competed in 1984 and having won masters events as recently as 2006.
    I train 5 days a week for 30-40 Minutes a session. I also Incorporate a moderate amount of Cardio and a good sound nutritional plan in order to maintain my current fitness level.

    Although fitness is a large part of my life, fitness does not need to BE your life to benefit from general exercise and good nutrition. Fitness should be FUN, and should be structured to fit YOUR lifestyle – which for most of us is a BUSY LIFESTYLE! My training sessions are usually brief, but intense: 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week. It’s fast. It’s effective.
    It’s affordable, but most importantly, it’s DOABLE!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!.
    You Can fit 30 Minutes 3 times a week in your schedule. Think About It, YOU DONT HAVE TIME NOT TO!!!
