When you come to see us, the first appointment usually takes 2 to 4 hours. This meeting is to help you understand your rights and what you can and cannot expect us to do for you. If you are hospitalized, we will be happy to meet with you there.
We have our own investigating team who gathers the information needed for a strong case.
Some Of The Rules We Live By- Phone calls should be returned immediately, but if it is not possible, the call must be returned within 24 hours.
- Keep clients informed – communication is paramount.
- Clients are entitled to know the law – what we can and cannot do for them.
- Be courteous at all times – show respect to every client who walks through our door.
- There are no limitation on phone calls or the amount of time spent talking with the client.
- We do not accept nuisance or frivolous lawsuits.
- Our job is to resolve differences between two parties. Prepare every case to go to trial.
If the other side knows we are prepared for trial, there is much less likelihood that we will have to go to trial. - Clients are entitled to an explanation about the way their case is being handled and may have copies of any information in their file.
