    For the first time ever Goodwill Industries Arkansas is running radio ads, selling its stores as a place to shop for Halloween.

    Not only can a would-be witch assemble a costume for pennies on the dollar, but Goodwill is touting the sustainability angle of purchases made there.

    Directors are encouraging, shoppers to buy costume items and then donate them back after Halloween.

    Donations are tax deductible.

    All sales help fund Goodwill's mission of helping disabled Arkansans find and keep good jobs.
